An approved grant application which has had a change of scope may need to request for a variation. Below are some steps on how to request a variation.


1. In the My Grants section of the Client Portal select View Details on the grant requiring a variation and go to the Variations tab, now select Request Variation.


2. Select a Variation Code and enter in a Reason for Variation and Save.



3. A variation has now been created.   Select Open to change the data you want to vary.




4. Choose relevant section and enter the varied data and Save.    Review the information and Submit Variation.


The variation is now submitted, and the grant funder will review the variation.
